It takes about 3 to 5 business days to process and confirm your order. During the busy season, it may take 7-14 days to ship your order.

We can ship worldwide, but shipping of online orders is only available to specific destinations specified by Snoopy's Surf Shop.
Orders to Japan will be shipped by FedEX or Yamato, and Hawaii to the United States will be shipped by FedEx.
Please allow at least 3-5 business days to process and confirm your order. During the busy season, it may take 7-14 business days to ship your order. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage. The purchaser is solely responsible for any complaints made using FedEx and Yamato Transport. tracking
The tracking number is a number issued by FedEx or Yamato Transport when the product is shipped, and will be notified by email when the order is shipped after purchase.

Taxes on purchases made on the Snoopy's Surf Shop site are included in the final amount paid by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred locally at the shipping address.
Please note that even if the item is returned due to unpaid customs duty or tax at the destination, the reshipment fee will be borne by the purchaser and the shipping fee and shipping fee will not be refunded at the time of purchase.

International Shipping
We ship can ship worldwide, however online order shipping is only available to certain destinations as designated by Snoopy's Surf Shop.
All orders to Japan are shipped through FedEx or Yamato Transport from Hawaii, USA; FedEx via availability / service.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued by FedEx, and Yamato Transport when items are shipped and we will email you with this number after your purchase and upon shipment of your order.
Taxes
Taxes related to purchases on the Snoopy's Surf Shop website are included in the final price paid by the purchaser.
All duties and taxes incurred locally at the shipping destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the occasion that shipped merchandise is returned to us because of a failure to pay destination duties and taxes, re-shipping costs are also the responsibility of the purchaser and there will be no refunds for the original purchase and shipping cost.
